Meg Brunette and Kyle Lepree conceived The Griffin
when they purchased the land in 2001. Their previous successes can be found along Cookman and Lake Avenues,
with Brickwall Tavern & Dining Room and Knockout, their brand communications firm. Established
in 1990, Knockout was founded on a concept called
“move and be moved.” Knockout is committed to being
moved by its clients’ visions, and that its strategic
